I made her yesterday whilst at my friend's house. I thought she might like to make one too but it turns out sewing isn't her thing.

My husband surprised me yesterday by buying me a lovely embroidered top. I've been wearing it today with my cut off jeans. He doesn't often get me a gift, he's particularly rubbish on special occasions and for that reason it means so much more to me. I felt good wearing it today, knowing that it was a gift from him.

Today I felt more settled than I have for the last week or so. The anxiety knot in my tummy was barely present. Things that have been upsetting me have started to resolve themselves.
