The Island at tea time

A bit of a dull day all round after the giddy social frenzy of last ngiht's book group!

There are still lots of visitors in St Ives and the weather is dull and mild. I took this photo of the Island and Porthmeor Beach at tea time but there was hardly a soul on the beach.

Only a couple of weeks ago there would have been hundreds of people there but I think that the current vistors are waiting for a bit of sunshine....
