The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

Up bright and early this morning. I woke up at 2:30 and never could get back to sleep. I felt horrible. My alarm went off at 4 in the morning, I had to get ready for Gettysburg. I woke up and took my temperature, it was 100. I told my mom I still wanted to go on the trip. We got to the school at 5:30 and left at 6:30.

We made two stops before we got to Gettysburg. We stopped in the middle of Pennsylvania for a rest break and then in Maryland for lunch. We got to the Antietam Battle Field around 1:30 and looked in the Visitors Center and did three tours. We went to bloody lane and walked around and we all climbed up the tour. We got to the Cozy restaurant for dinner at 6:00. We left around 7:00 and went back to the hotel.

I felt horrible still. My fever had went up and I was worse than the morning. I really wanted to go on the Ghost Walk, but I felt so bad. So I missed out on that and stayed in the hotel room with my mom and texted my boyfriend. I took a little nap before my other roommates came back, because I knew they wanted to stay up.

Well my blip for today is of cannons from a wonderful view from the Visitors Center. It was such a good day to be walking around on the tours. Walking on the battle fields kinda freaked me out, but it's okay.
