Land scaped
I spent 7 hours drawing at David's today. David is the potter I am working with.
We are working on a fab, but terrifying project. I live in a village next door to 75 potters and there is a huge ceramics institution. This Christmas they are holding "potter meets painter" exhibition. David chose me. I am terrified.
We are working together. Him in my studio, me in his.
Today I drew for 7 hours while he threw pots.
Reminded me of Art school when Virginia told us to draw the same object over 100 times.
Edit: photo is a pot in at kiln at 1250° just before it came out, with craters made from volcano lave.
