Miniature Glass Horses

A dull grey day out there today with the threat of rain and so much colder! We had 35 degrees c on the weekend and now we are down to 12 degrees c. Shorts and t-shirts to winter coats in 48 hours, this is ridiculous! Not much happening today but yesterday I saw two interesting things, one was that we had a new visitor in the yard, one of White Whiskers babies showed up in the yard looking for food. I think she took them, (5 squirrel kits) to the nearby woods as they were starting to leave the nest and explore! The other was a formation of jets high in the sky flying by, I guess part of the C.N.E. Air Show from this past weekend! This is a blip of some very small glass horses I got this past summer on vacation. Thought they were well made for being so small, the size of your thumb nail!
