A dog's moment

My little one and our dog Yanna, having a gentle time together in the sunshine. The dog was adopted just over a year ago when she was about 8, and has settled into our family so well. She is very wary of anyone else coming onto the property though, and especially little kids. She used to be a breeding and show dog, so perhaps she is protective over her 'pups'... my kids?
