Stop by for a sandwich and a view of the river...where the river shouldn't be.



Day two of the flood...the university is closed, one of the dorms has been evacuated, and many houses and businesses are underwater.

Everyone seems to be out on the streets, talking to each other and reminiscing about the great flood of 1972, when the entire town almost went under.

The Susquehanna River is supposed to crest later tonight.
