Inside I'm six, you'd probably guessed anyway, and for me there's something completely magical about conkers and especially when you get the whole case and bring it home and it cracks and opens up, revealing the gleaming conker inside.

They also have a hint of the sinister about them, inedible and the case is spikey and a bit dangerous.

We took Molly to the station today to go back to uni, and the house feels empty ....... luckily there's lots to do but even so I found myself wondering when she'd be back and then realising not for a few weeks.
