Fermentation Chamber

Juno and I strolled round the hill with the rain keeping our heads down, we caught up with some dogs and people for company.

Work was fun.

made the mistake of eating 2lb of ripe plums in half an hour, my stomach started to ferment and I expended lots of energy walking to cubicles.

Had a coach the coaches session tonight, beforehand I had a great chat with my old rugby coach, still helping out. Good session on movement off the ball.

Meeting afterwards to consider next year and the squads, looking good.
