Morning Glories

"What's for dinner?"
"These vegetables...umm..what do you call them in English....oh yea, Morning Glories."

Ummm....last I checked morning glories were flowers, not vegetables. But today we ate the vegetable kind. The top portion has not yet been cleaned, cut, and stir-fried with garlic, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and seasonings. The bottom portion is the final product. They tasted a little earthy to me, but the girls said it had a strange taste too, blaming it on the morning glories being older and grown with a lot of "medicine."
