My carrot cake

I had said I would do some baking for the office.

Here it is, almost gone.

I'm not entirely happy with it but it seemed to go down well.

As my son never liked the frosting I never put it on my version and I just add more sultanas.

It's such a pity I can't eat it anymore. I'll have to develop an eggless version!
