Emergency Blip tonight - good job I bought these Asters on the way home yesterday!

I had a massage and then my every-other-month session with my Chiropractor after work. All good and well crunched manipulated :) I left the salon about 6.30 then popped into Tesco, then a 20 minute wait for the bus and finally got home about 7.30pm.

I've almost finished my after cheddar mash coffee, face scrub and then maybe that bottle of wine might just be opened........
