Lime

We got some bad news yesterday. Lime's owner turned up at the stables, first time we'd seen or heard from her in 6 months, and told us she'd missed Lime too much and she wants him back.

We were under the impression that this was supposed to be a long term loan, and thought there would be a chance of buying him.

Jude's put a huge amount of effort into bringing him on and caring for him, which his owner having 12 other horses will not be able to keep up, obvious from his condition when he came to us.

We both can't believe she was missing him that much, as she hadn't been in contact for so long, and surely she would have said something within a month or two of him being with us.

Poor Jude, she's absolutely devastated. I really hope there's something that can be done so we could keep him or so Jude can continue to ride him.

I tried to get some nice pics to remember him by tonight, but he moves about too much for the low evening light and a lot came out blurred.
