Mmmm, beer cake

Part of the weekend was dedicated to baking something using a BrewDog beer, in aid of their brew bake, a competition to bake or cook something using one of their beers, photograph it and share the recipe, to win a case of said beer. We made a banana, 5AM Saint and dark chocolate bread cake. It was gooey, and tasty. The excess was happily consumed by my colleagues. We did not win. I am bitter.
