1 cup granulated sugar or white back syrup
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
possibly 2 tsp cardamom disturbed
850 (approximately 1.4 l), golden eagle kernel flour

Filling 150 gr unsalted butter or
margarine, sprinkle with 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cinnamon
For brushing: 1 egg, pearl sugar or chopped
almond
