The Lurgy

PoorElla has the lurgy. She was up for ages last night with a very sore lug and feeling sick. Thankfully she managed to hold on to the vomfest until this morning...I can handle most things on my own but changing spewy bedsheets just about takes me to my limit.
So the poor wee soul had a day off school. She wasn't idle, mind...she made a spoon puppet zebra and giraffe; did some colouring and annoyed her dad for snacks. Unfortunately by the time I got home her temperature was back up again and we had a reoccurrence of the spewfest drama of earlier. Hopefully she'll be feeling better tomorrow but it looks like a quiet weekend at home is in order for all the tired Michies.
