Not another sunrise Wilmot???

Yup fraid so, this was blipped early this morning on my way to work. The problem is, I'm at work in a windowless office for 9 to 10 hours a day, when am I supposed to do this Blipping?

I promise to try to do a daylight blip tomorrow.
