What a Sweetheart...!

The first ever cabbage I have grown successfully... and he has around 40 mates for us to enjoy too!

In the past, cabbage butterflies and rabbits have annihilated the crop of cabbages. But this year Mr T thwarted them all by building me boxes covered in wire and micro-pore netting that kept the raised beds safe from intruders. What a good man - he shall have beef stew and cabbage tonight as his reward!
