Friend or foe?!

Here is Kai with his friend Toby. They see each other at least once a week and both get very excited when they hear the other is coming to play. Then as soon as they are together, 'playing' mostly consists of refusing to share and insisting emphatically that the toys are 'mine!'

Amid the spats and squabbles however, were some lovely moments where they played together and I could hear their chattering and giggling from the other end of the house.
