Smoke Extract

Its now officially 4 months since i stopped smoking, even a night out last night with my old tobacco buddy & fellow blipper mobilevirgin didnt tempt me!

Best part is I actually lapsed last friday & had a drag... glad i did because it had me coughing & spluttering like a 10 year old on their first tab & it tasted bloody disgusting.

Strangely enough giving in to the urge has finally stopped the craving!

... which was nice :-)
