Autumn is upon us

Saw this out on early evening walk with MP. Also met the "Buckie Boys" down the line - early start for them tonight. MP seemed quite interested in them lighting up and having a swig out the bottle. Thankfully passed them while they were still at the cheery stage!

Today has been a very clammy day - thunder at 5am, so I woke up expecting a huge thunder and lightening storm - was disappointed. Killerqueen said she didn't hear it, but she had got up at 2amto watch Scotland play in the rugby world cup, then went back to bed.

Managed to plant up some daffs in the front garden. My fav flower. Might buy more bulbs to have them all over the garden next spring. Did a bit of weeding in the back garden. MP thought she would do a bit of digging!!!

Baking an iced gingerbread for band 2 tomorrow night. Just wondering if I need to practise the songs on the piano in case Wee Bone is still out of action..... Hope Eubers picks songs in the keys I can play in!
