How many iterations of Photoshop are allowed before a photograph of a sailboat becomes no longer a photograph? Does it start as early as a curve adjustment or sharpening? Or are you also allowed to crop? Rotate? Convert to an alternative coordinate system? Invert? All of the above, and more?
