Today I was back in Edinburgh...a quick visit for a session with Rowena at the Yoga Room with my yoga buddies Michelle and Laura. It was good fun and I'm really looking forward to our weekend retreat with Rowena in November.

While I was practicing yoga, my friend Lynne in Houston was in Lululemon (of the bag blip a couple of weeks ago) purchasing some lululemon for me! Thank-you Lynne, can't wait....you went above and beyond! I hope you put Mike's socks back.....you crazy friend :-)
