Another nearly full moon!
The day started off very dull and wet
It didnt really clear up till late afternoon
Some sunshine and indeed moonshine (the visual kind) does lift your spirits.
It's a lovely clear sky overhead tonight, can see the summer triangle very clearly, the moon is nearly full, it is really bright but a little hazy at the minute
The little white dot on the left of the image is called Aristarchus crater, it is roughly 40km in diameter.
Time to get the "cat" out :-)
