Marine Nightlife

Full moon over the little port city called Le Lavandou, on the Cote d'Azur, on an evening out. The moon was up, but the setting sun was just lightly lending finishing touches to the scene.

Pretty much spent the day today lounging at the beach, so no daytime pix to chose from, but a nicer tan instead! :)

Lots of very (very!) tan French women in their 60s, covered in jewelry, who never (ever) get their hair wet when they get into the water. Even their beach coveralls look fashionable! Their partners show up occasionally, equally tan, wearing those tiny little speedos. I had one sighting of a thong-wearing older gentleman who went snorkeling: yup, you heard me correctly! ;)
