PIPES FOR PEACE.

I'd like to imagine that there was a family tradition of passing down the bagpipes from grandfather to father to son on this photo but the truth is that about a dozen or so pipers of all ages defended to the Ilkley Bandstand today to swirl that unique Scottish sound for our delight whilst they collected for The Help for Hero's charity, very apt on the eve of 9/11, the starting point of all our recent troubles
