Red Admiral and friend

Don't know if you can see the little fly sitting next to the Red Admiral but thought I'd add it into the title ;) (I didn't actually see it when I took the photo only on the laptop afterwards). I've been out in the garden this morning hoping to get some bird shots but none of the little feathery avians wanted their photo taken so decided to photograph this butterfly instead. Here it is basking on the pole right next to me :)

P.S. Can't believe it's been a decade since the twin towers :( RIP all who lost their lives! xxxxx
