Highland Folk Museum

Day two of Beaver camp and we went down to the Highland Folk Museum down Kingussie. I've never been before but heartily recommend it, it's a marvellous visit, and amazingly it's free.

Hopefully one day we'll see the BBC Alba guy trying to do a piece to camera whilst getting harassed by our Beavers... must have been at least 20 attempts before I got bored and wandered off.

Shot is of the replica 1700's village. Anybody with romantic notions of the peasant lifestyle will have that well and truly knocked out of them by the rather excellent staff.

The boys settled a bit quicker tonight (10) and a good deal more lager was skelped.
