Vancouver - Day 3 - What's going down in Chinatown
Today we met up with an old friend in downtown Vancouver.
Being local, she had a car and managed to take us to all sorts of nice places to help us satisfy our substance addictions [1]
For lunch we headed to Vancouver's Chinatown, which I am told is the largest in Canada, and 3rd largest in North America after San Fran and NYC.
Pictured is my wife at the world's narrowest building - the Sam Kee Building. When we went past it there was only one person working the the entire length of the building and for the most part it is used as storage of primarily laser toner cartridges!
Obviously with it's narrowness it isn't much good for many things, but it is currently (and looks to have been for a while) an insurance brokerage.
[1] I must clarify the substances being partaken of are not illegal in anyway - mainly items that are only available in Canada/ North America.
