Well Appointed with Original Features

This village store in Alfriston, not only features the original bow-fronted windows, inside the Victorian interior still serves well to modern customers. Its a real treat to find, as were the locally made pasties.

The last full day of the walking weekend passed with plenty of rain in the morning, an hour or so shopping and a glass of apple juice in the George.

The Catherine Jenkins look alike was behind the bar .... again!
