The one and only

Today we all went to see Chesney Hawkes in Joseph. It was fantastic. Then Liz, who is staying with us, introduced us to the Muscial Director who she knew.

On finding out Jonathan was a keen violinist he invited Jonathan back to the evening performance to sit in the pit next to the violinist!

What a night. Jonathan and his very lucky Dad got to see a star studded cast up close and had a fab time. Chesney even sang one and only at the end (last night fun). Mind you we feel rather old knowing it was 20 years ago that he had his big hit, also he is the same age as Mark and I'm not sure we could sing and dance like that at our age (but could we ever!!??)

This photo is of the lovely violinist who took Jonathan under her wing, fed him sweets during the performance, and made the whole cast sign his programme.
