Ache today. Yesterdays riding lesson was brilliant. Well, apart from Belton throwing a strop half way through. Bucking, stamping his feet, refusing to go forward, bring a complete nerd. We finished off happy though. Both of us sweated up, and pepped up to the max. A real high!
