A fleeting glimpse

Just opening up the store, when I looked up and saw this lovely rainbow. Monday's don't seem so bad all of a sudden.

Inspired by the weekend I was back on my bike this morning, for only the second time since the surgery on my wrist. It was a tad tender but good enough to cycle again tomorrow and the next day and the .........
