Shine marathon 2011

What a totally surreal day! Headed up to Glasgow to stay at the Marriot for a couple of days, we weren't quite sure what to do with ourselves in the afternoon cos we couldn't drink so we went to Frankie and benny's and filled up on carbs to keep us going through the marathon!
Got to the SECC and whisked away to the VIP area...TV interviews, photo shoots, up on the stage, starting the race off and then the real work begins 26.2 miles!!!! xxxxx
