Its not what it looks like.

Of all the days to pick we're having new double glazzed landing windows put in, the guy is picking up the glass which has escaped from upstairs.
Doubt that they'll go up the ladders outside today to seal the frames its a bit too blowy.
Once these last windows have been done the buildings will I hope be completed except for two people one is elderly and doesn't want her windows doing and the other hasn't got any money for their own flats at the present time.
