The End of Summer

I'm heading back up to St A in a few days' time - via Liverpool - to start the new academic year, and the weather is so gorge down here at the moment that I thought I'd get a few snaps before I leave - something to remember home by until I come back for Christmas!

There's something very 'homey' about the apple and plum trees at the bottom of the garden - Mum's planning on some extreme apple chutney making so I thought I'd get in quick while there's still fruit left on the branch...
