Katia's gifts

It has been wild here today as we caught the end of hurricane Katia.
Risked a trip to the park where we found lots of conkers brought down early from the trees.
My mate says the traditional greeting to a conker in Staffordshire is Obblie obblie onker my fat conker which hardly seems appropriate with the size of this one. Does anyone else know any conker sayings?
