Taking a dump...
It's been a beautiful day today and we spent most of it in the garden.
We were experimenting with the button on the front of the camera that stops the lens down to the aperture that you've set so that you can see the depth of field. I was demonstrating this to flick by focussing on a bush at f16 and then pushing the button to show how the leaves behind came into focus when on those leaves, this blue fly landed. It seemed to want to stay awhile so I got the macro lens out and fired a few shots off.
It stayed quite still for ages - unfortunately the branch was swaying in the wind - and after a while it performed a huge dump and instantly flew away. Perhaps it would have liked a cup of tea and a newspaper while it was waiting.
