Highlight on the Henge

We drove over to Bath today and wondered at the spectacular Georgian stonework. It's such a beautiful city, that I could easily have spent much longer in.

However it was the impressive stoneworkings from another age that really stood out (for me anyway.)

As we came over the hill on the way to Bath, the Henge just appeared out of no where. So on the way home we parked up and tramped across a field to get the right angle. And just as we were packing up and heading back to the car, the clouds covered over the sun just enough to produce the amazing shafts of light.
