Which way are you going?

Third day of The Alex James Harvest festival - not as busy today - probably only cooked 500 sausages today!
I thought this sign really suited the feel at the Festival

KT Tunstall was the main attraction for the day - radio 1 Sarah Cox did a bit of DJing ing place of Jo Whiley. Joined the book signing for Rachel Allen and Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall - watched the start of his cooking demo - his new thing is vegetables - for the past few months he's only eaten vegetables - he really enjoys fish and meat and plans to start eating them again. His book Veg every day is very interesting. He feels that, in order to keep up with the demand for meat and fish, the seas being overfished and animals having to be intensively reared so we should cut down on our consumption and use more veg.

Had a nice time walking round the festival with my ex-boss Adam Henson.

Came home to find my wife in panic stations about her perm! Not the OFSTED!
