Icebergs

Flo's last day before heading home to Nurnberg in Germany. I really like these charcoal and crayon drawings of iceberg impressions. His inspiration - a squeezed water cooler cone turned upside down.

I also spent some time looking through his photographs, lots of graffiti art and others taken beside a disused railway station. He has a great eye for composition and detail. I wish him well in the future.

Severe storm and heavy rain all day, the west of Scotland was on Amber Alert as we caught the edge of Hurricane Katia. A gust of 72mph was recorded not far from here.
