This is it, the snow we got. Every school in the entire northern hemisphere was off today, apart from mine. Result, 3 kids in hospital or home early from snowball related poundings and half of the school soaked to the skin because the the snow turned to slush this afternoon and they still insisted on throwing it at each other. Which meant my classroom smelt of damp child all afternoon. Also Stansted airport was closed this morning, good omen for the 5pm-ish flight I'm surposed to be catching tomorrow.
