NHK Calling

After a Starbucks breakfast hit, we popped upstairs on a whim to investigate the public areas of the Hiroshima NHK building.
They have a great reference section up there, with NHK on demand available to watch for free, and all the peace ceremonies ever televised on video. You can maneuver the roof top panoramic camera which gives a 360 degree high vision view of the city. They give kids a bag of free stickers with all the NHKE characters on them. There is also a "skipback" camera which records everything with a short time delay in case of the need for sudden spot editing..
The best bit was this mini studio where you can try reading the news or the weather and see how you would come over on TV.
M gave up after 10 secs, but I thought it was cool.
