Washing day?

It's been on and off rainy for the last couple of days, the onions have had a good wash and needed a good dry out!
I brought them inside last night and will peg them out to dry again today :)) The idea is for the skins to get more crispy in the dry weather.
I was unsure whether to cut off the stems, so I referred to my trusty allotment manual and I found the idea of pleating the stems, they will look super fancy, eventually.
