the red cupboard

Just taken delivery of a Panasonic DMC-G3K with 14-42mmm zoom. Great little camera, 16 megapixies, flip-out touch screen etc.... but one big drawback. It produces RAW files that no piggin' software will recognise! Anyone else had the same problem?
Tried everything - Aperture, Lightroom, Photoshop CS5, Image Capture - and only the very clunky, user unfriendly 'SilkyPix' seems to open them.

Just tried Picasa 3.8 and it turns all .rw2 files purple! Gah!

In order to calm down, we emptied the red cupboard of old VHS tapes and now have them all in carrier bags instead.





PS Aha!! Beta version of Lightroom 3.5 does it!!
