Luca Pacioli

Manchester today, and while registering for the conference at the Manchester Conference Centre I spied a wooden statue. I was mildly hoping it would be something from Lord of the Rings, however it turned out to be Luca Pacioli.

Now to the normal person, this would be humdrum, however I am actually an accountant, and though not to excited to know who the inventor of double entry was (its all computerised these days), I did kind of think it was fate for my Blip.
