Sage

Today I noticed this large sage (German: Salbei) shrub in the garden.
Don't know where it came from.

Never used sage for cooking.
I did have (and like) sage tea before, but never made of fresh leaves.
Will give it a try now.

The druids believed sage could raise the dead.
I do not want to wait that long.
