Grass Cutting Cutbacks

An issue that annoys me nowadays, the local council does not pick up cut grass from local football pitches after cutting it... making pitches virtually unplayable until it has been cleared and also the shambles that is cut grass on shoes and tainers on non players being dragged into cars and houses.

Saving money by not emptying grassboxes but creating stress for the public. Great.
