Memories of Venice

After yesterdays gloomy shot and the equally gloomy weather today, I wanted to bring some light back in to the world.

This is my (small) collection of Murano glass that I got when I visited Venice at 17. As with the love sticks last week, they sit on the mantlepiece in my living room but spend a lot of time hidden behind birthday/anniversary/ post cards, wedding invitations and save the dates!

So, out in the open once more bringing a bit of light in to my day and happy memories of sun, sea, sand and the wonderful sights of Venice.
