Sunflower

I am so proud of my sunflower. It has had three flowers and still has four buds on the one stem. It is slightly like a yellow monster waving at me from the end of the garden.

The winds were so bad yesterday that it fell to the ground. The stem didn't break, so I have pushed it back up and have things leaning against it holding it up. I went to check on it this morning and found this little fella and his friend feeding on the pollen.

I was trying to hold the stem gently so as not to disturb them, and to also stop the swaying. Plus hold on to my camera, and focus. I think the focus could have been better, but I was starting to feel a bit sea sick.
